Whenever the weather begins to change and a new season approaches, I start craving a refresh, in my wardrobe and my home. I try to be intentional about the things I add to our life and I love to kind of take stock of the categories I’m interested in at the moment with these roundups. For Spring 2023 I’m thinking about floral plates for the Easter table, etched and colored glass for the sunlight to sparkle on, big vases for flowering branches, large hurricane lamps for flickering candles, gardening books and gear to inspire my garden plans, all the pastel colors, comfortable sneakers to wear with summer dresses and light coats (goodbye puffer jacket), sunny yellow linen. What’s on your Spring shopping list?

Portmeirion : A classic choice that screams springtime – these plates look equally beautiful adorning a spring holiday table or hanging on the wall in a group.

Pale Blue Cotton Dress : This soft, pretty shade of blue, subtle plaid and elegant cut all for under $40.

Raspberry Fluted Vase : I’ve been drawn to colored glass whenever I see it at the thrift store lately. I love the way the sunlight sparkles through the glass creating different hues. This vase is nice and big for those spring branches.

Cut Flower Garden: Floret Farms sparked the cut flower farm dream for so many of us, didn’t they? This book has been on my list for a while, and I think this is finally the year I will start planting my cut flower garden! First flowers on the list: peonies and hydrangea.

Garden Caddy: Beautiful tools make any chore or hobby better. I would add a kneeling pad and garden shears to this chic garden tote.

Pastel Monogram iPhone case: I just ordered the red version of this case and I love it. It doesn’t slip around but it isn’t overly grippy either (I had a rubber case before this one that would stick to everything). I love these chic colors for the spring.

Onitsuka Tiger Mexico 66 : A retro shoe in classic colors. I have this same style in beige and it’s incredibly comfortable. These will look great with jeans and a tee or just a light cotton sundress.

Sage Gardening Shears : Add them to the gardening tote! I ordered these to take on walks in the fields to forage wildflowers.

Lucie de Moyencourt Platter : No explanation needed. What an incredible work of art! Use this for appetizers before Easter dinner.

Ocean Blue Glass Hurricane : More colored glass. Two of these on your dining table with flickering candlelight inside would create the most beautiful, moody ambiance!

Ruffled Dinner Plates : I can’t get over that ruffled edge and delicate touch of blue. These are the perfect layering plate – imagine a green or lilac salad plate with a pattern on top?

The Art of Outdoor Living : Another book that has been on my list, this one looks like its full of pure inspiration. If you’re tackling an outdoor space this spring and summer, now is the time to make sure you have a plan.

Aqua Glass Candlestick : Line your table or mantle in these and your house will feel like a whimsical fairyland.

Etched Glass Hurricane : This is a pricey but such a substantial size. Put these on a console table, a kitchen island, wherever you need a little drama. Light the candles and turn down the lights and you’ll feel like you’re in a fancy hotel.

Chocolate Brown New Balance 327 : These rich shades of brown! I imagine these pared with straight leg trousers, a cashmere sweater and a blazer, no coat needed — dressed down elegance.

Sunshine Yellow Linen Shirt : I find myself drawn to yellow this year, and this oversized linen shirt would look good with everything. I’d wear it over white jeans or open over a white bathing suit.

Boat and Tote in Green and White: You can never have too many of these hardy canvas bags. I have an all white one but the green and white says classic spring to me.

Quilted Blue and White Jacket : I love the fleeting few weeks when it’s light jacket season in New York. This blue and white quilted beauty would truly go with every color.

Iron Garden Arbor : Make your garden into a fairytale garden this year. Imagine this with climbing roses?

Block Print Tablecloth : Al fresco dinners are on the horizon and what says warm weather more than green and pink?
