January is over already! Like, September, another month of new beginnings, it always seems to fly by.
At the start of a new month or season, I love to take stock of the images and ideas inspiring me the most.
Going in to February, I find myself inspired by the decoratively painted furniture that Bunny Williams uses in a lot of her decorating (I’m halfway through Bunny Williams’ Point of View and it’s wonderful) and the Furlow’s Folly collection by Furlow Gatewood and Bunny’s husband John Rosselli that was featured in Milieu Winter 2020.
Other things I can’t get enough of: ivy topiaries, butterfly specimens, collections of plaster reliefs and busts, and silky skirts under sweaters.
